BTW 1ND1G0, you should not need to find the right place in the WordPress code when you use this plugin - just use the plugin settings and it all happens…

Sorry for the delay guys - I’ve updated the plugin… it now works with the new Google meta tags.

Google has gone and changed their verify meta tag, your plugin no longer works, it now reads:

Please do an update to your plugin when you get a chance

Thanks a million for this plug-in.
I have been trying for months to get my WordPress Blog verified by Google and just could not fathom where to insert the Google Metatag.

You say it is possible to insert the Metatag in your Wordpress Header Template, but all I can find is a mass of php files, one leading to another, and I still have not found a header tag anywhere!
